To build a project for presentation to a builder or painter couldn't be easier. This project once completed and printed will not be saved. To save your project for future reference you will need to be logged into Duspec.
To start simply click the "Build Project" button on the left hand side of the screen.
The Only Mandatory button on this Page is the Project Name.
Fill in the details on the first page "Project Name" eg: Railway Station Hall
Address "Station Street"
Prepared for "Bill Smith"
Your Name
Then Click Next. This page asks for details on Whom is requesting the specification.
No fields on this page are mandatory. If no details are entered headers will not print.
Principal, can mean the major building contractor or Architectural firm.
Specifier, can mean Architectural firm, member of firm, or individual.
Contact person for reference together with phone number.
Project commencement date if known.
Project creation date defaults to today's date.
Then Click Next. This page is not mandatory. If nothing entered, doesn't print
In this field is a free form text area where you put all the ancillary details of the specification in the document. This information can relate to the owner, painter contractor, or architect. This area sets the formal scene of what is to be coated. This page is sometimes used to describe what is being painted. This can include all site details, remedial works, and or a complete site detail.
Then Click Next. This page is not mandatory. Doesn't print.
This page is used when logged in for keeping track of notes of the project.

Project Items.
- Area, this can either be free form text (max 20 characters) or choose one from the pop up list by using the look-up button.
- Item, this can either be free form text (max 20 characters) or choose one from the pop up list by using the look-up button.
- Colour, this can either be free form text (max 20 characters) or choose one from the pop up list by using the look-up button. This table references the Colour Specifier system as well current colour selections in store. By choosing a colour at this stage doesn't guarantee that the colour is available in product selected.
- Spec No. follows which paint where click here to view Which Paint where text.
- Once a paint systems has been chosen click add to place system in the paint schedule.

To Print a Project.
Select View Project from the schedule page. This will create a PDF view which can be printed in the normal format or E-mailed to a painter, customer, friend.

If not logged into the system E-mail the project to yourself for a record for safe keeping
